车内空气质量安全标准方法研究--以汽车内饰件挥发性有机物醛酮检测为例

摘要 现行的汽车内饰件挥发性有机物分析标准方法已无法对丙烯醛和丙酮进行准确定量。本文通过对液质法和两个有机化合物相对分子质量提取的研究,建立了丙烯醛和丙酮的完全分离和准确定量方法。经验证,该方法灵敏度高,检出限低,方法准确可靠,可用于汽车内饰件中多种醛酮类化合物的快速定量检测。希望本研究能为相关标准的制修订提供参考。 The current standard method for the analysis of volatile organic compounds in automotive interior parts is unable to quantify acrolein and acetone accurately.In this paper,a method for the complete separation and accurate quantification of acrolein and acetone was established through the study of liquid mass method and relative molecular mass extraction of two organic compounds.It is verified that the method is sensitive,with low detection limits,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the rapid,accurate and sensitive quantitative detection of a variety of aldehydes and ketones in automotive interior parts.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the revision of relevant standards.
