高选择荧光增强型H_(2)S探针的合成及性能研究

摘要 设计制备了一种三苯胺三唑类荧光增强型硫化氢(H_(2)S)探针SZJ,通过紫外和荧光分析法对SZJ的光学性质进行探究,并通过元素分析、HR-MS、^(1)HNMR和用卡^(13)CNMR对其结构进行表征。在SZJ(1×10^(-5)mol/L)的CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(体积比6∶4,10 mmol/L HEPES,pH=7.4)溶液体系中,SZJ对H_(2)S展示出优异的选择性、抗干扰性和灵敏度。荧光光谱分析发现,只有在SZJ的溶液体系中加入H_(2)S(1×10^(-4)mol/L)时才显示出极强的黄绿色荧光,加入其他阴离子并无响应。并且探针SZJ可通过裸眼检测水样中的H_(2)S,具有潜在的应用价值。 SZJ,a triphenylamine triazole-type fluorescence-enhanced hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S) probe, is designed and prepared.The optical properties of SZJ are investigated by means of UV and fluorescence analysis, and its structure is characterized through elemental analysis, HR-MS,^(1)HNMR and^(13)CNMR.In a CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(a volumetric ratio of 6∶4,10 mmol·L^(-1)HEPES,pH=7.4) solution system of SZJ(1×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)),SZJ shows excellent selectivity, anti-interference and sensitivity to H_(2)S.It is found through fluorescence spectra analysis that SZJ shows extremely strong yellow-green fluorescence only when H_(2)S(1×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)) is added into the solution system of SZJ,while it does not show response when other anions are added.Furthermore, SZJ probe can detect H_(2)S in water samples with naked eyes, exhibiting a potential application value.
