摘要
以制造业上市公司为样本,应用机器学习KNN算法匹配数字化转型程度指标,研究了超常增长与数字化转型的关系。研究发现,企业超常增长对数字化转型具有抑制效应,其影响在订单式生产企业和离散型生产企业中更加显著。进一步的研究显示:企业借助并购重组实现密集型发展是超常增长的起因,企业并购重组直接导致组织变革,进而对数字化转型产生负向影响;企业加大数字化投入、提高数字化领导力,可以缓解甚至扭转超常增长对数字化转型的抑制效应。
Selecting listed manufacturing companies as the sample,the paper used machine learning KNN algorithm to match the index of digital transformation degree,and examined the relationship between extraordinary growth and digital transformation.The results showed that,the extraordinary growth of enterprises had an inhibitory effect on digital transformation,and the effect was more significant in order manufacturing enterprises and discrete manufacturing enterprises.Further analysis showed that,the cause of extraordinary growth was that enterprises achieved intensive development in virtue of mergers and acquisitions.That was,enterprises' mergers and acquisitions have directly led to organizational change,and then had a negative impact on digital transformation.Further,the increase of digital input and the improvement of digital leadership in enterprises could ease and even reverse the inhibitory effect of extraordinary growth on digital transformation.
