摘要
为了研究沥青混合料长期使用过程中的抗松散性能,对肯塔堡飞散试验进行改进。基于改进肯塔堡飞散试验,选取集料种类、沥青种类、NRP掺量、级配类型4个因素,每个因素各取3个水平,用L9(43)正交表进行试验。采用飞散损失指标定量分析各个因素下每个水平对NRP改性沥青混合料抗飞散性能的影响效果,并通过极差分析方法得出影响飞散性能因素的主次顺序和最优组合。试验结果表明:各因素对抗飞散性能的影响主次顺序为级配类型>集料种类>NRP掺量>沥青种类;在试验选择的9种组合中,选用SMA-13、玄武岩、0.5%NRP掺量、SK70号基质沥青组合时,NRP改性沥青混合料抗松散性能最优。
In order to study the loosening resistance of asphalt mixtures during long-term use,the Cantabro test is improved.Based on the modified Cantabro test,four factors,namely,aggregate type,asphalt type,NRP admixture,and grading type,and each factor with three levels,are selected to carry out orthogonal test using L9(43).The effect of each level on the anti-flutter performance of NRP modified asphalt mixtures is quantified by using the flutter loss index,and the order and optimal combination of the factors affecting the flutter performance are obtained by the extreme difference analysis method.The test results show that:the order of influence of each factor on the anti-flutter performance is grade type>aggregate type>NRP dose>asphalt type.Among the nine combinations selected in the test,when the combination of SMA-13,basalt,0.5% NRP content,and SK70# matrix asphalt is selected,the loose resistance of NRP modified asphalt mixture is the best.
