摘要
基于境内外预防养护的定义和目标,结合规范和我国公路网技术状况养护管理检查的技术要求,创建四川省普通国省干线公路微表处技术应用后评价的8个评价指标及相应的计算方法;根据调研的微表处养护项目样本数据,测算了4个定性指标和4个定量指标的值域范围;基于层次分析法和模糊数学构建了模糊综合评价的隶属函数模型;以工程实例进行应用分析,充分验证了后评价方法的有效性。
Based on the definition and objectives of preventive maintenance in the globe,combined with the technical requirements of the specifications and national highway network technical condition maintenance management inspection,8 evaluation indexes and corresponding calculation methods for the post evaluation of micro-surfacing technology for ordinary trunk highway in Sichuan Province are established.According to the sample data of micro-surfacing maintenance projects,the value range of 4 qualitative indicators and 4 quantitative indicators are calculated.The membership function model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics.The effectiveness of the post evaluation method is fully verified by the application analysis of a project practice.
