摘要
目的建立检测抗菌液中十一烯酸锌含量的气相色谱法并进行优化,以提供建立相关消毒产品质量控制和安全评价方法依据。方法采用空白加标法绘制标准工作曲线,参照国标GB/T 35952—2018色谱条件:HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.320 mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,进样口温度为250℃,检测器温度为260℃;起始温度为100℃,保持2 min,以15℃/min的速度升温至240℃,保持5 min。结果该方法标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.9999,加标回收率为96.16%~101.13%,检出限为5.4 mg/L,定量限为17.9 mg/L。结论所建立的气相色谱方法回收率高,重复性好,可用于抗菌液中十一烯酸锌含量测定。
Objective To establish and optimize the gas chromatography method for determining the content of zinc undecylenoate in antibacterial solution,so as to provide the basis for establishing the quality control and safety evaluation methods of relevant disinfection products.Method The standard working curve was developed by blank labeling method and samples were detected according to the chromatographic conditions of GB/T 35952—2018,HP-5 column(30 m×0.320 mm,0.25μm)and FID detector were used.The injector temperature was 250℃,and the detector temperature was 260℃;the initial temperature of 100℃was maintained for 2 min,ramp to 240℃at 15℃/min,hold for 5 min.Result The standard curve had a good linear relationship.The correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.9999 and the recoveries were 96.16%-101.13%.The limit of detection was 5.4 mg/L and the limit of quantification was 17.9 mg/L.Conclusion The established gas chromatography method has high recovery and good repeatability and can be used for the determination of zinc undecylenate in antibacterial liquid.
