摘要
目的了解使用中生物安全柜及消毒灭菌设备的性能,为完善实验室生物安全管理制度提供依据。方法采用仪器测定法和生物培养法,对广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心(CDC)实验室生物安全柜和消毒及灭菌设备进行监测。结果连续5年共监测179台生物安全柜,总合格率为70.39%,各监测项目中流入气流流速和下降气流流速的合格率最高。共监测96台压力蒸汽灭菌器,总合格率为98.96%;监测2322支紫外线灯,总合格率为84.75%。结论广西壮族自治区CDC实验室使用中生物安全柜质量合格率偏低,部分压力蒸汽灭菌器有待更新或维修。
Objective To understand the performance of biosafety cabinet and disinfection and sterilization equipment in CDC,so as to provide basis for laboratory biosafety management improvement.Methods The laboratory biosafety cabinets and disinfection and sterilization equipments were detected by instrument and biological monitoring method.Results A total of 179 biosafety cabinets were monitored,and the total qualified rate was 70.39%.The highest qualified rates were the flow velocity of the inflow and downflow in each monitoring item.96 pressure steam sterilizers were monitored,and the qualified rate was 98.96%.Total of 2322 UV lamps were monitored,and the qualified rate was 84.75%respectively.Conclusion The overall qualified rates of biosafety cabinets and disinfection and sterilization equipments in the laboratory are relatively low,and part of pressure steam sterilizers need to be repaired or renewed.
