随着我国《电子烟管理办法》和强制性国家标准《电子烟》的颁布,标志着电子烟的发展进入了一个法制化和合规化的新阶段。基于我国电子烟在全球电子烟产业链中的优势,本文梳理了我国电子烟的技术法规和各级标准化现状情况,从标准化促进我国电子烟产业的发展和标准促进国际贸易的角度提出了建议。

With the promulgation of Measures on E-cigarette Management and the mandatory national standard on e-cigarette in China,the development of e-cigarette has entered a new stage of legalization and compliance.Based on the advantages of China's e-cigarette in the global e-cigarette industry chain,this paper combs the technical regulations of China's e-cigarette and the current situation of standardization at all levels,and puts forward suggestions from the perspective of promoting the development of China's e-cigarette industry through standardization and promoting international trade through standards.
