改善农村人居环境是实施乡村振兴战略的第一场硬仗。在农村人居环境整治提升的诸多内容中,村容村貌治理又是重中之重。本文立足甘肃省农村人居环境村容村貌工作实际情况,从标准化治理的技术角度入手,通过对标准的制定背景、制定意义、制定原则、主要内容和实施建议进行说明,阐释了甘肃省制定《农村人居环境村容村貌治理规范》地方标准的可行性和重要性。
