Whole Process Standardization Management of a Thermal Engineering Project

本研究以某热力工程项目为例,对其进行全过程标准化管理分析,系统性地论述了标准化管理的重点。主要包括合同管理标准化、施工进度管理标准化、建立热力工程项目管理系统标准化、项目风险管理标准化,通过研究分析发现,热力工程项目的全过程标准化管理应结合项目的实际情况,有针对性地提出一些切实可行的方法或策略,从而达成有效标准化管理。期待通过本次研究,为热力工程项目全过程中的管理,提供一些有价值的参考资料。

This paper takes a thermal engineering project as an example to analyze the whole process of standardization management,and systematically discusses the key points of standardization management.It mainly includes standardization of contract management,standardization of construction schedule management,standardization of establishment of thermal engineering project management system and standardization of project risk management.Through research and analysis,it is found that the whole process standardization management of thermal engineering project should be combined with the actual situation of the project,and some feasible methods or strategies should be put forward to achieve effective standardized management.It is expected to provide some valuable reference materials for the whole process management of thermal engineering project.
