PDCA循环在检验科规范化管理中的临床运用

Clinical Application of PDCA Cycle in the Standardized Management of Clinical Laboratory

目的:探讨分析PDCA循环在检验科规范化管理中的临床运用。方法:采用PDCA循环管理法,基于检验科管控标本质量、上报危急结果、合理建议执行等,分析PDCA循环法实施前和实施后的标本合格率、危急值上报率、建议执行率等。结果:管理后,检验科的危急值上报率、合理化建议执行率,均显著优于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:在检验科规范化管理中,应用PDCA循环管理法的效果显著,可以提升标本合格率,获得准确检测结果。同时,可以管理检验结果的危急值,可以推广到管理工作中。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application of PDCA cycle in the standardized management of clinical laboratory.Methods:PDCA circular management method was adopted,based on the quality control of specimens,reporting of critical results,and the implementation of reasonable recommendations,etc.,and the qualification rate of specimens,reporting rate of critical value,the implementation rate of recommendations before and after the implementation of PDCA circular management method.Results:After management,the reporting rate of emergency value and the implementation rate of rationalization recommendations were significantly better than those before management(p<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized management of clinical laboratory,the application of PDCA cycle management method has a significant effect,which can improve the qualification rate of samples and obtain accurate detection results.At the same time,the critical value of inspection results can be managed,and can be extended to management work.
