预防性护理干预在精神分裂症患者标准化管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Preventive Nursing Intervention in the Standardized Management of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:精神分裂症患者标准化管理中应用预防性护理干预的价值研究。方法:随机抽取我院接收的90例精神分裂症患者为此研究对象,时间2020年10月至2021年11月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和实验组(n=45),对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施预防性护理干预,两组干预前后自我效能感(GSES)、生活质量(SF-36)、照顾者负担(ZBI)、抑郁症状(SDS)评分、支出费用及家属满意度对比。结果:干预后,实验组GSES、SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组ZBI、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组药费、检查费、其他费用、总费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组家属满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理干预应用于精神分裂症患者标准化管理中可减少医疗支出,提高自我效能感的同时也能改善患者的抑郁症状,减轻照护者的负担,提高生活质量而增加家属的满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the value of preventive nursing intervention in the standardized management of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:90 schizophrenic patients admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).The control group implemented routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented preventive nursing intervention.Self-efficacy(GSES),quality of life(SF-36),caregiver burden(ZBI),depressive symptoms(SDS)score,expenditure and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,GSES and SF-36 scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ZBI and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug cost,examination cost,other cost and total cost of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(84.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of preventive nursing intervention in the standardized management of patients with schizophrenia can reduce medical expenses,improve self-effcacy and improve patients'depressive symptoms,reduce the burden of caregivers,improve the quality of life and increase the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of reference.
