60例疱疹性咽峡炎病情严重程度影响因素及标准化护理干预总结

Summary of Severity Influencing Factors and Standardized Nursing Intervention in 60 Cases with Herpetic Angina

目的:对60例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿病情严重程度影响因素进行调查,并对患儿实施标准化护理干预。方法:选取某市三级甲等医院2021年7月-2022年8月收治的60例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象,收集患儿相关资料,采用单因素分析影响疱疹性咽峡炎病情严重程度的相关因素。并根据相关影响因素对患儿实施标准化护理干预。结果:单因素分析结果显示——年龄、EV-A71是疱疹性咽峡炎病情严重程度影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:疱疹性咽峡炎病情严重程度主要与年龄、EV-A71结果有关,建议对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿实施标准化护理干预。

Objective:To investigate the severity influencing factors of 60 children with herpetic angina,and to implement standardized nursing intervention.Methods:60 children with herpetic angina admitted to a third-class hospital in a city from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the relevant data of the children were collected.Single factor analysis was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the severity of herpetic angina.And standardized nursing intervention was carried out according to relevant influencing factors.Results:The results of single analysis showed that age and EV-A71 were the influencing factors of the severity of herpetic angina(P<0.05).Conclusion:The severity of herpetic angina is mainly related to age and EV-A71.It is suggested that standardized nursing intervention should be implemented in children with herpetic angina.
