标准化早期康复护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响

Effect of Standardized Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的:为改善脑卒中患者吞咽功能障碍,探讨标准化早期康复护理干预作用。方法:研究对象选取的是本院2020年08月—2021年08月期间接收的56例脑卒中患者吞咽功能障碍患者,根据不同干预方法分为观察组和对照组,分别用标准化早期康复护理干预和常规护理干预,评价和分析两组干预情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);吞咽功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化康复护理效果显著,能改善吞咽功能障碍,可提升患者生活质量,预后好。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized early rehabilitation nursing intervention in order to improve dysphagia in stroke patients.Methods:56 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.Standardized early rehabilitation nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were used to evaluate and analyze the intervention situation of the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The swallowing function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rehabilitation nursing has significant effect,which can improve swallowing dysfunction,improve the quality of life of patients,and has a good prognosis.
