规范化管理模式在上臂静脉港植入肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

Application of Standardized Management Mode in Patients with Upper Arm Vein Implanted Tumor Chemotherapy

目的:分析上臂静脉植入肿瘤化疗患者采取规范化管理模式的应用价值。方法:选择我院2019年5月-2022年5月纳入的100例上臂静脉港植入肿瘤化疗患者作为观察对象,据患者就诊顺序分组,对照组、观察组各有50例,对照组患者采取常规管理方法,观察组采取规范化管理方法,评价患者负面情绪及并发症发生率、护理管理质量。结果:护理前,组间SAS、SDS分值相比,P>0.05,护理后,观察组SAS、SDS分比对照组低,P<0.05,观察组护理满意度比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:上臂静脉港植入肿瘤化疗患者采取规范化管理模式,患者负面情绪改善效果好,治疗期间的并发症发生率低,护理质量显著提升。

Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized management mode for patients with upper arm vein implanted tumor chemotherapy.Method:100 patients with upper arm vein port implanted tumor chemotherapy admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to registration order with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine management method,and the observation group adopted standardized management method.The negative emotions,complication rate,and nursing management quality of the patients were evaluated.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups,P>0.05.After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with upper arm vein implanted tumor chemotherapy who adopt a standardized management mode can have improved negative emotions,low complication rate during treatment,and receive significantly improved nursing.
