柠檬皮中多酚的超声辅助提取及其抗氧化性研究 被引量:3

Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols from Lemon Peel

摘要 以柠檬皮为对象,采用超声辅助乙醇法提取多酚;化学法和H_(2)O_(2)损伤HepG2细胞氧化模型评价柠檬皮多酚提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,柠檬皮多酚的提取工艺为超声功率200 W、乙醇体积分数60%、超声温度55℃、料液比1:20(g/m L)、超声时间45 min,此条件下柠檬皮多酚得率为(1.76±0.12)%。柠檬皮多酚提取物具有DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和羟自由基清除能力,显著抑制H2O2氧化损伤HepG2细胞,减少胞内ROS的生成,表现出较强的抗氧化性。 In this paper,the extraction process of polyphenols from lemon peel was optimized by ultrasonic assisted ethanol method.The antioxidant activity of the extracted polyphenols was evaluated by chemical method and H_(2)O_(2)-induced HepG2 cell oxidative damage model.The results showed that the extraction conditions of polyphenols from lemon peel were as follows:ultrasonic power 200 W,ethanol concentration 60%(v/v),ultrasonic temperature 55℃,solid-liquid ratio 1:20(g/mL)and time 45 min.With those conditions,the yield of polyphenols was(1.76±0.12)%.The polyphenols extracted from lemon peel could scavenge DPPH radical,ABTS radical and hydroxyl radical,protect HepG2 cells against H2O2-stimulated oxidative injury,reduced the production of intracellular ROs.The findings suggested the extraction polyphenols exhibited the strong antioxidant activity.
