工业文明为人类带来丰富物质财富的同时,所引发的生态危机也日益严重。人们一直在积极探索生态危机的根源和寻求生态危机的解决途径,在技术、文化、制度等方面取得了较多成果。在上世纪的前半叶,自然界被看成是确定的,很少有人注意其不确定性。生态文明建设是一个复杂的系统,涉及许多要素和环节,不确定性为生态文明建设提供了新的理论视角和思路。从不确定性的视角去思考和分析生态文明建设的途径,把系统的不确定性作为一个突破口,启示人们进一步加强生态文明建设研究,拓宽生态文明建设的实践视野。

While industrial civilization has brought rich material wealth to mankind,the ecological crisis caused by it has also become increasingly serious.People have been actively exploring the root of the ecological crisis and seeking solutions to the ecological crisis,and have made many achievements in technology,culture,system and other aspects.In the first half of the last century,nature was regarded as certain,and few people paid attention to its uncertainty.The construction of ecological civilization is a complex system,involving many elements and links.Uncertainty provides a new theoretical perspective and ideas for the construction of ecological civilization.It is necessary to think and analyze the way of ecological civilization construction from the perspective of uncertainty.The uncertainty of the system can be taken as a breakthrough,enlightening people to further strengthen the research of ecological civilization construction and broaden the practical vision of ecological civilization construction.
