“互联网+”时代乡村教师专业发展的困境分析与应对策略--基于河南省“国培计划”四地市受训教师的调查 被引量:2

摘要 师资队伍薄弱制约着乡村教育的健康发展。调查发现,当前乡村教师专业发展面临自身内源动力低、认知偏差、能力不足等现实困境,其主要原因在于外在有效支持缺乏和乡村教师自身专业成长意识薄弱。基于调查结果,以“自我更新”取向的教师专业发展理论为导向,提出乡村教师涵养积极正向的情感品质,保持专业发展的内源动力;准确认知教师专业发展,确立服务学生学习的发展目标;加快提升乡村教师信息素养,全面提高教师专业发展实践能力;构建“G-U-S”协同培养机制,健全乡村教师支持服务体系等应对策略。 The weak teaching staff restricts the healthy development of rural education.The survey found that the current professional development of rural teachers is facing realistic dilemma such as low internal motivation,cognitive bias,and insufficient ability.The main reasons are the lack of external effective support and the weak awareness of rural teachers’self-professional growth.Based on the survey results,taking the"self-renewal"oriented teacher professional development theory as the guide,the research puts forward coping strategies such as rural teachers cultivate positive emotional quality and maintain the internal motivation of professional development,accurately recognize teacher professional development and establish development goals that serve students'learning.The practical ability of teachers'professional development should be improved comprehensively,and the information literacy of rural teachers should be enhanced quickly.Strategies such as building a"G-U-S"cocultivation mechanism and improving support service system for rural teachers are also proposed.
