摘要
目前,乡村教师的专业发展面临着诸多问题。从内部维度看,教师个体发展的动力不足,教师职业认同感低,缺乏自主发展意识,专业知识与能力不足;从外部维度看,乡村公共服务配套设施不全,教师经济待遇低,提升乡村教师专业发展的体系不完善,教师的社会待遇低下,乡村留守儿童等。这些问题都导致了乡村小学教师的专业发展困难。以四川省S县四所乡村小学为研究对象,运用问卷调查法和访谈法从内外两个维度展开调查,从教师的专业理念、专业知识、专业能力和专业发展环境四个部分梳理出乡村小学教师专业发展的现状,总结并分析原因,最后针对S县乡村小学教师专业的现状提出相应的解决对策。
The professional development of rural teachers is facing many problems at present.From the internal dimension,the motivation of teachers'individual development is insufficient;the sense of teachers'professional identity is low;the sense of independent development is lacking,and the professional knowledge and ability are insufficient.From the external dimension,the rural public service supporting facilities are not complete;the teachers'treatment is low;the system to promote the professional development of rural teachers is not perfect;the social treatment of teachers is low,and the rural left-behind children and other problems have led to the professional development difficulties of rural primary school teachers.The research takes the four rural primary schools in S County,Sichuan Province as the research object,conducts the survey from both internal and external dimensions using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,combs out the current situation of rural primary school teachers'professional development in four parts,namely,teachers'professional ideas,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional development environment.The research summarizes and analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions to the current situation of rural primary school teachers'professional development in S County.
