基于文献计量学的丹参研究现状及热点分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]全面深入了解中药丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunqe)的研究现状和研究热点。[方法]从中国知网(CNKI)检索2012—2021年丹参研究相关文献,对发表年份、发文数量、基金机构、学科领域、发文机构、核心作者、关键词热点聚类及时间突现进行分析整理,归纳其研究热点与发展趋势。[结果]现阶段丹参研究热点主要集中于丹参及其衍生药物在冠心病、心绞痛、脑梗死等心脑血管疾病中的作用,以及丹参中活性物质提取工艺优化。[结论]中药丹参未来的研究热点主要集中在新药理活性的发掘及其在临床与保健品中的深入应用,分析结果也提示了各研究机构及科研人员需要进一步加强交流合作。 [Objective]To comprehensively and deeply understand the research status and research hotspot of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunqe.[Methods]The relevant documents of Salvia miltiorrhiza research from 2012 to 2021 were retrieved from CNKI,and the year of publication,the number of publications,the funding institution,the discipline field,the publication institution,the core author,the keyword hotspot clustering and the time burst were analyzed and sorted,and their research hotspot and development trends were summarized.[Results]At present,the research focus of Salvia miltiorrhiza is mainly on the role of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its derivatives in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,cerebral infarction,and the optimization of extraction of active substances in Salvia miltiorrhiza.[Conclusion]The future research hotspot of Salvia miltiorrhiza will focus on exploring its new pharmacological activity and continue its important role in clinical and health care products.Research institutions and researchers also need further in-depth exchanges and cooperation.
