摘要 近年来,伴随着对肠道益生菌的研究越来越重视,脆弱拟杆菌得到了更加广泛的关注。脆弱拟杆菌是一种能够在哺乳动物肠道内定植并且能够和寄主共生的益生菌。具有减肥、预防和治疗糖尿病、治疗结肠炎、提高免疫力等益生功能。本文主要讨论了脆弱拟杆菌的生理特性以及作为肠道益生菌所具有的功能,同时对其应用前景进行展望。以期为以后脆弱拟杆菌的筛选和应用研究提供参考。
