斗轮堆取料机悬臂工作空间研究

摘要 常规的斗轮堆取料机通过自由串联结构形成悬臂工作空间,容易受悬臂端反运动力作用,导致其空间范围变化率较低,因此需要研究一种全新的斗轮堆取料机悬臂工作空间优化设计方法。以悬臂架设计变量敏感度为基础,进行Morris计算,完成悬臂架优化,再结合主要优化因素,构建斗轮堆取料机悬臂工作空间运动学优化模型,从而完成斗轮堆取料机悬臂工作空间优化设计。实例分析结果表明,设计的空间优化方法能有效地提高斗轮堆取料机在不同运动状态下的空间范围变化率,具有灵活性,有一定的应用价值,为后续的取料场布局优化作出了一定的贡献。 The conventional bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer forms a cantilever workspace through the free series structure,which is easy to be affected by the anti-motion force of the cantilever end,resulting in a low rate of change in the space range.Therefore,it is necessary to study a new optimization design method of the cantilever workspace of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.Based on the sensitivity of cantilever frame design variables,Morris calculation was carried out to optimize the cantilever frame.Then combining with the main optimization factors,the kinematics optimization model of the cantilever workspace of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer was constructed,so as to complete the optimization design of the cantilever workspace of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.The results of example analysis show that the spatial optimization method can effectively improve the change rate of the bucket wheel stacker and reclairer in different motion states,has flexibility,has certain application value,and makes a certain contribution to the subsequent optimization of the layout of the pickup yard.
