摘要 随着智能化、信息化的技术的进步以及数字化车间的实施,下料工序也由以前的简单、技术水平低向智能化化方向发展,特别是工程机械行业机械臂焊接的实施,对前道下来料工序精度和一致性提出了要求,因此下料工序的自动化、智能化、数字化建设也提到日程。我国有上千家规模以上的工程机械制造企业,如中联重科、三一重工、山西建机集团、徐工集团、大连重工、中国铁建重工集团等;在本研究开始之前,国内尚没有一条满足智能工厂需求的型材下料自动化生产线。 With the progress of intelligent and information technology and the implementation of digital workshop,the blanking process also develops from the former simple and low technical level to the intelligent direction.In particular,the implementation of mechanical arm welding in the construction machinery industry puts forward requirements for the accuracy and consistency of the previous blanking process.Therefore,the automation,intelligent and digital construction of the blanking process is also mentioned on the agenda.China has more than thousands of large-scale construction machinery manufacturing enterprises,such as Zoomlion,Sany Heavy Industry,Shanxi Construction Machinery Group,Xugong Group,Dalian Heavy Industry,China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group,etc.Before this study,there was no automatic profile blanking production line in China that could meet the needs of smart factories.
