摘要
为了研究腐蚀时间对混凝土锚杆锚固体多级加载条件下的试验性能,以石膏、河砂、水泥和锚杆为主要材料制作混凝土锚固体,采用酸性腐蚀溶液通过腐蚀导管对锚杆进行3、7、14 d不同时间长度的腐蚀,然后对试件样品开展了多级加载试验研究。试验结果表明,锚杆所受腐蚀时间愈长,锚固体的多级加载应变变化愈复杂,腐蚀历时时间愈长,相应试件损伤发生的时间愈早,试件损伤破坏也愈严重。
In order to study the effect of corrosion time on the experimental performance of concrete anchor under multi-stage loading,the main materials,such as cement,river sand,gypsum and anchor,were used to make concrete anchor.The acid corrosion solution was transported to the anchor rod for corrosion through the corrosion conduit,and the corrosion time was set as 3 days,7 days and 14 days respectively.After the completion of corrosion work,three groups of specimens were subjected to multi-stage loading test.The test results show that the longer the corrosion time of anchor,the more complex the multi-stage loading strain changes of anchor.The longer the corrosion time is,the earlier the damage occurs and the more serious the damage is.
