摘要
为了研究玄武岩纤维掺量和沙漠砂替代率对砖砌体轴心受压性能的影响,以砂浆立方体抗压强度和棱柱体抗折强度为目标值,M5和M10级普通砂砂浆为基准组,设计4组正交试验,选出纤维掺量和沙漠砂替代率的最优组合,砌筑6组砖砌体轴心受压试件,研究纤维沙漠砂砂浆对砖砌体轴心受压性能的影响,结果表明:纤维沙漠砂砂浆砖砌体轴心受压脆性破坏程度较普通砂浆砖砌体明显降低;M5系列最优组合为0.2%纤维掺量和20%沙漠砂替代率,M10系列最优组合为0.1%纤维掺量和20%沙漠砂替代率;沙漠砂和纤维的加入可有效提高砌体轴心抗压强度,且对低强度等级砂浆砖砌体提高更明显。
In order to study the influence of basalt fiber content and desert sand replacement rate on the axial compression performance of brick masonry,the cube compressive strength and prism flexural strength of mortar were taken as the target values,M5 and M10 ordinary sand mortar as the reference group,and four orthogonal experiments were designed to select the optimal combination of fiber content and desert sand replacement rate,and six groups of axial compression specimens of brick masonry were built to study the effect of fiber desert sand mortar on the axial compression performance of brick masonry.The results show that the brittle failure degree of fiber desert sand mortar brick masonry under axial compression is obviously lower than that of ordinary mortar brick masonry;The optimum combination of M5 series is 0.2%fiber content and 20%desert sand replacement rate,and the optimum combination of M10 series is 0.1%fiber content and 20%desert sand replacement rate;The desert sand and fiber can effectively improve the axial compressive strength of brick masonry,especially for low strength mortar brick masonry.
