摘要 为了实现直流电压稳定控制以及保证功率的实际传输效果,提出分布式能源区域调控系统功率柔性控制方法。架构二层控制层,以直流电压斜率控制和直流输电线路的功率损耗为主要目标,通过本地电压控制器和全局功率控制器,控制电压和功率,均衡电压和功率之间的冲突;主要控制层中的下垂控制器依据电压和功率的控制结果,修正功率参考值,计算功率控制结果。测试结果表明:光伏出力结果与额定值相差低于5 MVA,风机出力结果与额定值相差低于1 MVA,在1 s内完成直流电压的稳定控制,且具备功率参值的修正功能,能够保证电压和功率的实际输出效果。 In order to realize the stable control of direct current(DC)voltage and ensure the actual transmission effect of power,a flexible power control method for distributed energy regional regulation system was proposed.A two-layer control layer was constructed,with the DC voltage slope control and the power loss of the DC transmission line as the main goals,through the local voltage controller and the global power controller,the voltage and power were controlled,and the conflict between voltage and power was balanced.The droop controller in the main control layer corrected the power reference value and calculated the power control results according to the controlled results of voltage and power.The test results show that the difference between the photovoltaic output result and the rated value is less than 5 MVA,and the difference between the wind turbine output result and the rated value is less than 1 MVA,the stable control of the DC voltage is completed within 1 s,and the power parameter value correction function can ensure the actual output effect of the voltage and the power.
