摘要 针对配电网规划效果不理想等问题,提出一种基于粒子群算法的中低压配电网网格化规划模型。将线路中的最小损耗费作为目标函数,以此为依据构建中低压配电网网格化规划数学模型,并采用粒子群算法对模型进行优化;在优化前设定粒子范围,令其满足设定条件后初始化粒子种群,从而提升算法的优化效果,实现基于粒子群算法的中低压配电网网格化规划模型设计与优化。试验结果表明,所提模型的配电网线路联络率及通过率最优,供电可靠率稳定,负载均衡度更高。说明模型实用性强,可为以后中低压配电网规划提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of unsatisfactory effect of distribution network planning,a grid planning model of medium and low voltage distribution network based on particle swarm algorithm was proposed.Taking the minimum loss cost in the line as the objective function,the mathematical model of grid planning of medium and low voltage distribution network was constructed,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the model;prior to optimization,the particle range was set to meet the set conditions,and then the particle population was initialized,so as to improve the optimization effect of the algorithm and realize the design and optimization of grid planning model of medium and low voltage distribution network based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed model has the best line connection rate and passing rate,stable power supply reliability and higher load balance.It shows that the model is practical and can provide reference for medium and low voltage distribution network planning in the future.
