摘要
基于复杂工程项目支配网络,将项目节点的网络特征及决策者感知纳入项目排序系统,提出基于决策者感知LeaderRank算法的项目排序方法。从理论上阐述传统LeaderRank算法中的地面节点代表项目决策者的模拟机制;结合项目实际,构建项目节点初始重要性设置及基于决策者感知的项目重要性分配规则,对项目重要性进行综合度量。并通过两个实例,将该方法与PageRank算法,LeaderRank等算法进行对比,证明该方法区分度更高,更能满足项目管理需求。
Based on the dominating network of complex engineering projects,the network characteristics of project nodes and theperception of decision makers are incorporated into a project ranking system,and a project ranking method based on the LeaderRankalgorithm with consideration given to the perception of decision makers is proposed.Firstly,the simulation mechanism using theground node in the traditional LeaderRank algorithm that represents the project decision-maker is described theoretically.Then,combined with the actual situation of the engineering project,the initial importance setting rule of project nodes and the projectimportance allocation rule based on the perception of decision makers are constructed,to comprehensively measure the projectimportance.Finally,through two case studies,this method is compared with PageRank algorithm,LeaderRank algorithm and otheralgorithms to prove that this method has higher discrimination and can better meet the needs of project management.
