基于模糊综合评价法的堆石混凝土质量评价

Evaluation of Rock-fill Concrete Quality Based onFuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

为解决堆石混凝土缺乏统一的质量综合评价方法的现状,基于德尔菲法-层次分析法对堆石混凝土质量评价指标进行了识别和权重计算。采用模糊综合评价法建立了堆石混凝土单元工程质量综合评价模型,提出了其质量定量评价分数的计算方法,得到堆石混凝土质量评价指标重要度排序及堆石混凝土质量重点控制项目。应用该模型对案例工程进行质量评价,验证了该模型具有良好的可操作性和适用性,并可以量化指出其质量控制不足之处,为提升整体质量提出改进意见。此模型在一定程度可以通用于堆石混凝土质量评价。

To solve the problem of lack of unified comprehensive quality evaluation method for rock-filled concrete,based onDelphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the quality evaluation indicators of rock-filled concrete were identified and the weightof each indicator was calculated.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the"comprehensiveevaluation model of rock-filled concrete unit engineering quality",and the calculation method of its quality quantitative evaluationfraction is proposed.The importance ranking of rock-filled concrete quality evaluation indicators and the key control items ofrock-filled concrete quality are obtained.This model is used to evaluate the quality of case studies,which verifies that the model hasgood operability and applicability,can quantitatively point out its quality control deficiencies.Meanwhile,this study puts forwardimprovement suggestions for improving the overall quality.This model can be used to evaluate the quality of rock-filled concrete tosome extent.
