夏热地区绿色公共建筑运行效果调研与分析

摘要 对夏热地区绿色公共建筑的运行能耗及室内环境品质进行了调研及分析。选取位于夏热冬暖和夏热冬冷地区不同城市共14个获得绿色建筑运行标识的办公建筑,通过调研和典型项目室内环境现场测试,分析了绿色办公建筑运行能耗和室内环境品质的情况。研究表明,夏热地区绿色公共建筑运行能耗符合标准要求,公共建筑最大月能耗普遍出现在天气最热的月份,商业建筑和办公建筑的最低能耗出现在天气最温和的月份,空调能耗波动性最大,且公共建筑中酒店建筑空调能耗占比最大;办公建筑和酒店建筑的室内环境品质满足标准要求,但商业建筑的室内空气质量有待提高。针对运行效果提出建议,以期为我国夏热地区绿色公共建筑运行效果提升提供参考。 The operation energy consumption and indoor environmental quality of green public buildings in hot summer area are investigated and analyzed.A total of 14 office buildings with green building operation marks in different cities in hot summer and warm winter and hot summer and cold winter areas are selected.Through investigation and field test of indoor environment of typical projects,the operation energy consumption and indoor environmental quality of green office buildings are analyzed.The research shows that the operation energy consumption of green public buildings in hot summer area meets the standard requirements.The maximum monthly energy consumption of public buildings generally occurs in the hottest month,and the minimum energy consumption of commerce and office appears in the mildest month.The fluctuation of air conditioning energy consumption is the largest,and the air conditioning energy consumption of hotel buildings accounts for the largest proportion in public buildings.The indoor environmental quality of office buildings and hotel buildings meets the standard requirements,but the indoor air quality of commercial buildings needs to be improved.Some suggestions are proposed for the operation effect,in order to provide reference for improving the operation effect of green public buildings in hot summer areas in China.
