深圳某商业项目空调冷源配置方案分析

摘要 以深圳某商业项目为例,对其全年逐时空调冷负荷进行模拟计算,得到不同部分负荷运行时间权重,提出了常规水冷、冰蓄冷、磁悬浮水冷、磁悬浮风冷、磁悬浮蒸发冷5种空调冷源配置方案。分别对主要空调设备价格进行估算,得出了5种配置方案的初投资;分别对冷机、水泵、冷却塔运行能耗进行模拟计算,得出了5种配置方案的年运行能耗;分别对冷机、水泵、冷却塔进行布置,得出了5种配置方案的建筑空间要求,通过对这些方面的技术经济性分析,以确定适合此项目的冷源配置最优方案,以期为其他工程项目冷源配置选择提供设计参考。 A commercial project in Shenzhen is analyzed,the hourly air⁃conditioning cooling load is simulated and calculated throughout the year,and the operating time weights of different partial loads are obtained.Five cold source configuration schemes are proposed,conventional water cooling,ice storage,magnetic levitation water cooling,magnetic levitation air cooling,and magnetic levitation evaporative cooling.The price of main air conditioning equipment is estimated respectively,and the initial investment of five configuration schemes is obtained.The running energy consumption of cooling machine,water pump and cooling tower is simulated and calculated respectively,and the annual running energy consumption of five configuration schemes is obtained.The layout of chillers,water pumps and cooling towers is carried out respectively,and the building space requirements of five configuration schemes are obtained.Through the technical and economic analysis of these aspects to determine the optimal scheme for cooling source configuration suitable for this project.The selection of cold source configuration for other engineering projects can be used as a design reference.
