疼痛护理方案对老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的影响

The effect of pain nursing program on elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain

目的:分析疼痛护理对老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的68例骨质疏松腰背痛老年女性患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均来自2019年4月至2021年4月,采取随机数字表法分组,对照组34例应用常规护理,研究组34例在对照组的基础上应用疼痛护理,对比两组患者的疼痛程度、负面情绪改善情况、日常生活能力改善情况、护理满意度。结果:研究组患者护理1个月、3个月后VAS评分(疼痛视觉模拟评分)明显低于对照组,护理3个月后SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)评分低于对照组,护理1个月、3个月后Barthel指数(日常生活活动能力测评表)高于对照组,护理满意度(97.06%)高于对照组(79.41%),组间比较P<0.05。结论:对骨质疏松腰背痛患者实行疼痛护理干预有助于缓解其疼痛症状和负面情绪,提升其日常生活能力,此护理模式得到众多患者的认可。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pain nursing on elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain.Methods:68 elderly female patients with osteoporosis and low back pain admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All test subjects were from April 2019 to April 2021.They were grouped by random number table method,and 34 cases in the control group were routinely applied.Nursing,34 patients in the study group applied pain nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the pain degree,the improvement of negative emotions,the improvement of daily life ability,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:The VAS score(Visual Analogue Score for Pain)of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 1 month and 3 months of nursing care,and SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)after 3 months of nursing The score is lower than that of the control group,the Barthel index(the assessment form of activities of daily living)after nursing for 1 month and 3 months is higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(97.06%)is higher than that of the control group(79.41%).The comparison between groups is P<0.05.Conclusion:Pain nursing intervention for patients with osteoporotic low back pain can help relieve their pain symptoms and negative emotions,and improve their ability of daily living.This nursing model has been recognized by many patients and is suitable for clinical application.
