摘要
目的:分析优质护理在小儿电子胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年6月在本院接受电子胃镜检查的78例患儿为研究对象,以抽签法分组,对照组39例采取常规护理,观察组39例采取优质护理,对比两组患儿检查时间、检查成功率、心理状态改善情况、检查后不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿检查时间短于对照组,检查成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(87.18%),SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,检查后不良反应发生率(5.13%)低于对照组(20.51%),家长护理满意度(94.87%)高于对照组(76.92%),组间对比P<0.05。结论:在小儿电子胃镜检查中应用优质护理服务有助于改善患儿负面情绪,提升检查效率和检查成功率,预防各类不良反应的发生,此护理模式得到众多患儿家长的好评。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in children's electronic gastroscopy.Methods:78 children who underwent electronic gastroscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by lottery.39 cases in the control group received routine care,and 39 cases in the observation group received high-quality care.The examination time,examination success rate,improvement of mental state,incidence of adverse reactions after examination,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children.Results:The examination time of children in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The success rate of examination(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(87.18%).The SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions after examination(5.13%)was lower than that of the control group.In the control group(20.51%),parental care satisfaction(94.87%)was higher than that in the control group(76.92%),and the comparison between groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing services in pediatric electronic gastroscopy can help improve children’s negative emotions,improve examination efficiency and examination success rate,and prevent the occurrence of various adverse reactions.This nursing model has been well received by parents of many children.
