摘要
研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取生姜挥发油,通过L4(23)正交实验,研究投放量、提取时间、粒度对生姜挥发油提取得率的影响,得到生姜挥发油的最佳工艺。在生姜挥发油的提取过程中,投放量是影响生姜挥发油提取得率的最主要因素,其次是提取时间,最后是粒度。正交实验表明,由本实验条件所得到的生姜挥发油的最佳提取工艺为投放量100 g,提取时间为4 h,粒度为6 mm,优选所得工艺稳定可行。
The effects of dosage,extraction time and particle size on the extraction rate of volatile oil from ginger were studied by or‐thogonal experiment of L 4(23),and the optimum process of volatile oil from ginger was obtained.In the extraction process of ginger volatile oil,the amount of application is the most important factor affecting the extraction rate of ginger volatile oil,followed by ex‐traction time and finally particle size.The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal extraction process of ginger volatile oil was 100 g,4 h extration and 6 mm particle size,and the optimized process was stable and feasible.
