盘锦市早春药用植物资源保护与开发AHP评价研究

摘要 基于盘锦市双台子区、兴隆台区、大洼区和盘山县中药资源普查工作,了解盘锦早春药用植物资源概况,为早春植物资源合理开发利用提供科学依据。采用样地和样线调查法对双台子区、兴隆台区、大洼区和盘山县的早春药用植物资源开展调查;应用AHP法构建早春药用植物资源保护和开发利用评价模型,根据综合评分将早春药材资源划分为Ⅰ~Ⅳ等级。药材罗布麻叶、稻芽、西河柳、苦杏仁划分至Ⅰ级,桃枝、白果、蛇床子等11种药材划分至Ⅱ级,玫瑰花、小蓟、菊花等13种药材划分至Ⅲ级,瞿麦、白薇、浮萍等5种药材划分至Ⅳ级。构建的早春药用植物资源保护和开发评价模型科学合理,建议加强对罗布麻叶、稻芽、西河柳、苦杏仁药材资源的保护,可选择开发利用瞿麦、白薇、浮萍、垂盆草、菊苣药材资源。 To understand the situation of early spring medicinal plant resources in Panjin based on the survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Shuangtaizi district,Xinglongtai district,Dawa district and Panshan county of Panjin City,so as to provide scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of early spring medicinal plant resources.The method of sample plot and line intercept were adopted to investigate early spring medicinal plant resources.Analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the evaluation model of protection and development of early spring medicinal plant resources,and these early spring medicinal materials were divided into different ranks according to the comprehensive score.Apocyni veneti folium,Otyzae fructus germinatus,Tamaricis cacumen,Armeniacae semen amarum into Ⅰ level,Persicae tamulus,Ginkgo semen,Cnidii fructus and other 11 kinds of medicinal materials into Ⅱ level,Rosae rugosae flos,Cirsii herba,Chrysanthemi flos and other 13 kinds of medicinal materials into Ⅲ level,Dianthi herba,Cynanchi atrati tadix et-rhizoma,Spirodelae herba and other 5 kinds of medicinal materials into Ⅳ level.The constructed model of protection and development of early spring medicinal plant resources is scientific and reasonable.It is suggested to strengthen the protection of Apocyni veneti folium,Otyzae fructus germinatus,Tamaricis cacumen,Armeniacae semen amarum.Prioritization can be given to the development medicinal materials resources such as Dianthi herba,Cynanchi atrati tadix et rhizoma,Spirodelae herba,Sedi herba and Cichorii herba.
