摘要
为解决成都空港新城企业总部规划馆项目幕墙工程施工中存在的双曲造型复杂多变、放线定位精度要求高、龙骨与面板加工困难、超大板块安装困难、板块安装误差要求高及工期紧张等难题,对施工技术进行了研究。通过采用建筑信息模型技术、装配式工艺、可调节式铝合金抱箍龙骨系统,实现了龙骨的集中化、模块化、批量化精确加工和安装及面板的精确下单,并控制了双曲幻彩铝板的安装误差问题。经实践,所述技术措施使超大板块双层双曲幻彩蜂窝铝板幕墙系统品质得到有效控制,社会和经济效益显著。
In order to solve the problems existing in the curtain wall construction of the Airport Enterprise Headquarters Planning Hall Project in the Eastern New Area of Chengdu,such as the complex and changeable hyperbolic shape,the high requirements of setting out and positioning accuracy,the difficulty of keel and panel processing,the difficulty of super-large plate installation,the high requirements of plate installation error and the tight construction period,the construction technology was studied.By adopting the building information model technology,assembly technology and adjustable aluminum alloy hoop keel system,the centralized,modular and batch precise processing and installation of the keel and the precise order of the panel are realized,and the installation error of the hyperbolic color aluminum plate is controlled.Through practice,the technical measures mentioned above have effectively controlled the quality of the super-large plate double-layer hyperbolic fantasycolor honeycomb aluminum curtain wall system,with significant social and economic benefits.
