场地受限下网架结构无支撑安装施工技术

摘要 结合钢网架结构工程特点,考虑施工场地条件、施工难易程度、工期及成本等因素,对网架结构的安装方式进行了优化,形成了分块(起步块)吊装+高空散装的组合施工方法。从施工方法选择、吊装设备的选择、质量控制等方面,对双层正放四角锥柱面风壳网架结构施工技术进行了分析研究,使得在现场施工场地受限条件下,按时按质完成施工,达到了节约成本、工期的目的,为工程的顺利进行提供了技术保障。 Combined with the characteristics of the steel grid structure engineering,considering the construction site conditions,construction difficulty,construction period and cost,the installation method of the grid structure has been optimized,and a combined construction method of block(starting block)hoisting+high altitude bulk has been formed.From the aspects of construction method selection,lifting equipment selection,quality control,etc.,the construction technology of double-layer square pyramid cylindrical wind shell grid structure is analyzed and studied,so that the construction can be completed on time and in good quality under the condition of limited construction site,achieving the purpose of cost saving and construction period,and providing technical support for the smooth progress of the project.
