摘要 轻钢龙骨隔墙高度超出图集规范限制高度后,需要通过对超高隔墙进行受力分析,增加竖向和横向方钢管的方式进行加固处理。给出一种适用于超高轻钢龙骨隔墙快速施工的方法,采用有限元软件建模计算确定超高隔墙加固用的方钢管规格型号、间距,通过方钢管将隔墙划分若干安装单元,各安装单元在场内加工区预拼装,然后分单元吊装固定。该施工技术施工工效高,焊缝质量控制效果好,施工费用低,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 After the height of the light steel keel partition exceeds the limit height of the atlas specification,it is necessary to strengthen the super-high partition by adding vertical and horizontal square steel pipes through stress analysis.A method suitable for the rapid construction of super-high light steel keel partition wall is given.The specification,model and spacing of square steel pipes used for the reinforcement of super-high partition wall are determined by finite element software modeling and calculation.The partition wall is divided into several installation units by square steel pipes.Each installation unit is pre-assembled in the processing area in the field,and then hoisted and fixed by unit.This construction technology has high construction efficiency,good weld quality control effect and low construction cost,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
