机电安装工程中,土建空调机房因空间受限导致的安装、运行、维护等问题时有出现,抽屉式空调机房机组的研发与应用将很大程度上改变这一现状,通过将组合式空气处理机的各功能段、阀门、管道及箱体放置于一个整体钢结构基础上,机房机组底部设置滑轮,可将机房机组整体推入建筑内进行就位安装,抽屉式空调机房机组内部各功能段也可以通过底部滑轮单独抽出来进行检修维护。抽屉式空调机房机组可免除土建机房,并通过优化内部风道流向设计,减少了空调机组现场安装的工期,提高了安装质量,降低了运行及后续维护成本。
