摘要
为建立一种新型的用于电磁式电压互感器误差测量的数学模型,首先针对双绕组和多绕组电磁式电压互感器进行误差体系建模,进而对其误差控制策略进行模型分析,最后在CAE Simulink仿真平台上构建运行环境,对其进行仿真测试。通过测试发现,不同额定功率负荷条件下,测差法测试仪存在一定的测量误差,其误差率为-0.027%~-0.029%;而采用低压法进行测量,其在不同的二次负荷条件下,均表现出不超过±0.010%的误差测量能力;不论采用测差法还是低压法进行测量,在二次超负荷状态下,电压读数均有显著下降,其中测差法下降0.011%,低压法下降0.016%。由此可知,采用低校高法进行电压测量可以成为规程许可的主流一次电压测量技术体系,有工程学现实意义。
In order to establish a new mathematical model for the error measurement of electromagnetic voltage transformer,the error system is modeled for double-winding and multi-winding electromagnetic voltage transformer firstly.Furthermore,the error control strategy is analyzed additionally.The operating environment is built on the CAE Simulink simulation platform for the performance of simulation test finally.It is found that the difference measuring tester has a certain error with an error rate between-0.027%and-0.029%under different rated power load conditions;when it comes to the low voltage method for measurement,the error measurement ability is less than±0.010%under different secondary load conditions.Based on the condition of secondary overload,the voltage readings decreased significantly regardless of the difference method or the low voltage method with the difference method dropping by 0.011%and the low voltage method dropping by 0.016%.It can be seen that the voltage measurement using the low calibration method will become the mainstream primary voltage measurement technology system permitted by the regulation,which has practical significance in engineering.
