心脏收缩力调节器治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

Update on cardiac contractility modulation in the treatment of chronic heart failure

摘要 大量不符合心脏再同步治疗(CRT)条件的慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者,在指南指导的药物治疗同时,将有新的器械疗法——心脏收缩力调节器(CCM)可供选择。CCM有助于CHF患者逆转心室重构,改善生活质量。目前,国际上CCM治疗已有超过6 000例的临床应用,并完成了一系列临床研究,但国内CCM治疗病例数及相关文献较少。本文综合近年国内外研究资料,介绍CCM治疗的基本原理、常见不良事件及应用前景,以期为国内开展CCM临床应用及相关研究提供一定基础。 A large number of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) who are not eligible for cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT), when treated with guideline-directed medications. A new device therapy, the cardiac contractility modulation(CCM), will be available. CCM can reverse ventricular remodeling and improve the quality of life in patients with CHF. At present, more than 6 000 cases of CCM treatment have been clinically applied in the world, and a series of clinical studies have been completed, but the number of CCM treatment cases and related literature in China are few. In this paper, the basic principles, common adverse events and application prospects of CCM therapy are introduced based on the research data at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide a certain basis for the clinical application and related research of CCM in China.
