2018年山东省肿瘤登记地区结直肠癌发病与死亡分析

Analysis of Incidence and Mortality of Colorectal Cancer in Shandong Cancer Registration Areas, 2018

[目的]分析2018年山东省肿瘤登记地区的结直肠癌发病与死亡情况。[方法]收集并整理山东省29个肿瘤登记处提交的2018年肿瘤登记资料,经严格审核和质控后,分别计算结直肠癌发病(死亡)率、标化率、累积率(0~74岁)和截缩率(35~64岁)等。分别根据2000年全国人口普查数据和Segi世界标准人口年龄构成计算人口标化率。[结果] 2018年山东省肿瘤登记地区结直肠癌粗发病率为31.40/10万,中标率为17.73/10万,世标率为19.68/10万,累积率(0~74岁)为2.10%,截缩率(35~64岁)为27.46/10万。男性发病率高于女性,城市地区发病率高于农村地区,且发病率随年龄增长而逐步升高。2018年结直肠癌粗死亡率为13.28/10万,中标率为6.85/10万,世标率为8.07/10万,累积率(0~74岁)为0.70%,截缩率(35~64岁)为7.34/10万。男性死亡率高于女性,城市地区死亡率高于农村地区,且死亡率随着年龄增长而逐步升高。[结论]山东省结直肠癌发病率较高,带来沉重的疾病负担,应尽快采取有效措施,开展有效的防控和干预工作。

[Purpose] To analyze the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in Shandong cancer registration areas in 2018. [Methods] The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer were collected from 29 cancer registries of Shandong Province in 2018. After review and quality control, the incidence/mortality rates, age-standardized rates, cumulative rates(0~74 years old) and truncated rates(35~64 years old) were calculated. Age-standardiaed rates were adjusted by Chinese standard population(ASRC) in 2000 and the Segi’s world population(ASRW). [Results] The crude incidence rate of colorectal cancer was 31.40/105in Shandong cancer registration areas, the incidence of ASRC was 17.73/105and incidence of ASRW was 19.68/105. The cumulative rate(0~74years old) was 2.10%, and the truncated rate(35~64 years old) was 27.46/105. The incidence rate was higher in male than that in female. The incidence rate was significantly higher in urban areas than that in rural areas, and it gradually increased with age. The crude mortality of colorectal cancer was 13.28/105in Shandong cancer registration areas, the mortality rate of ASRC was 6.85/105and that of ASRW was 8.07/105. The cumulative rate(0~74 years old) was 0.70%, and the truncated rate(35~64 years old) was 7.34/105. The mortality rate was higher in male than that in female.The mortality rate was higher in urban areas than that in rural areas, and it gradually increased with age. [Conclusion] The incidence rate of colorectal cancer in Shandong Province is high, which brings a heavy burden of disease. Effective measures should be taken as soon as possible to effectively prevent and control cancer.
