摘要
目的 探讨血清脂联素、尿酸、同型半胱氨酸在帕金森病(PD)中的变化及意义。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年4月本院收治的73例PD患者作为研究对象,另外选择同期体检的健康人群作为健康组,收集并对比2组研究对象一般资料和血清学指标,采用logistic回归分析影响PD发病风险的因素,采用ROC曲线分析APN、UA、Hcy预测PD风险的价值,对比不同H-Y分期患者的血清学指标,并采用Spearman方法分析APN、UA、Hcy与H-Y分期的关系。结果 PD组患者UA、APN、SOD水平低于健康组(P<0.05),Hcy、Cys-C水平高于健康组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,APN、UA、Hcy是PD发病的主要影响因素(P<0.05),Cys-C、SOD与PD的发生无相关性(P>0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,APN、UA、Hcy预测PD发病风险的AUC分别为0.784、0.764、0.833;PD患者APN、UA与H-Y分期成负相关(P<0.05),Hcy与H-Y分期成正相关(P<0.05)。结论 APN、UA、Hcy与PD发病风险和病情程度紧密相关,在预测PD发病风险和评估病情方面有潜在应用价值。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the changes and significance of serum adiponectin, uric acid and homocysteine in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD). Methods A total of 73 PD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the health group. General data and serological indexes of subjects were collected and compared between the two groups, the factors influencing the PD risk were analyzed by logistic regression, and the value of APN, UA and Hcy in predicting the PD risk was analyzed by ROC curve. The serological indexes of patients with different H-Y stages were compared, and the relationship between APN, UA, Hcy and H-Y stage was analyzed by Spearman method. Results The levels of UA, APN and SOD in PD group were lower than those in healthy group(P<0.05), the levels of Hcy and Cys-C were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that APN, UA and Hcy were the main influencing factors of PD(P<0.05), and there was no significant correlation between Cys-C, SOD and PD(P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of APN, UA and Hcy in predicting the PD risk was 0.784, 0.764 and 0.833, respectively. APN and UA were negatively correlated with H-Y stage in PD patients(P<0.05), and Hcy was positively correlated with H-Y stage(P<0.05). Conclusion APN, UA and Hcy are closely related to the PD risk and severity, and have potential application value in predicting the PD risk and evaluating the disease.
