摘要
浙江科技创新能力居于全国前列,而新疆科技创新水平居于全国后列。文章结合新疆科技创新实际,梳理赴浙江调研的科技创新探索经验,以期为科技创新建言献策。首先分析了新疆科技创新的现状与科技创新平台的现状,调研了浙江创新型省份建设与创新服务综合体建设情况,挖掘浙江省在科技创新中最主要的做法;通过分析,浙江省科技创新在政府的支持下,优化了创新环境,打造了人才服务平台。基于浙江可参考的科技创新主要做法,认为新疆在科技创新建设中要汇聚高技能创新人才,推动政产学研用打造科技创新平台,建立本地区域创新发展的长效机制。
Zhejiang’s scientific and technological innovation capability ranks at the top of the country,while Xinjiang’s scientific and technological innovation level ranks at the bottom of the country.Based on the reality of Xinjiang’s scientific and technological innovation,the article combs the experience of scientific and technological innovation exploration in Zhejiang province,with a view to provide suggestions for scientific and technological innovation.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in Xinjiang and the current situation of scientific and technological innovation platform,investigates the construction of innovative provinces and innovative service complexes in Zhejiang,and explores the most important practices in scientific and technological innovation in Zhejiang.Through analysis,Zhejiang province’s scientific and technological innovation has optimized the innovation environment and created a talent service platform with the support of the government.Based on the main practices of scientific and technological innovation that Zhejiang can refer to,it is believed that Xinjiang should gather highly skilled innovative talents in the construction of scientific and technological innovation,promote the use of government,industry,university and research to build a scientific and technological innovation platform,and establish a long-term mechanism for the local regional innovation and development.
