摘要
基于体积法的配合比设计,研究目标孔隙率对地聚合物透水混凝土透水性能、强度、摩擦系数的影响.研究结果表明:随着目标孔隙率增加,实测孔隙率同比增加,拟合系数为1.0144;用实测孔隙率拟合透水系数,相关性达0.9835;28d抗压强度和28d抗折强度随着目标孔隙率的增加都呈下降趋势;湿润状态下的摩擦系数以及干燥状态下的摩擦系数都在目标孔隙率为20%时达到最大.使用功效系数法进行多指标综合评价,目标孔隙率为20%时综合性能最优.
Based on the volume method,the effects of target porosity on permeability,strength,and friction co⁃efficient of geopolymer permeable concrete are studied.Results show that with the increase of the target poros⁃ity,the measured porosity increases comparably,and the fit coefficient is 1.0144.The permeability coefficient is fitted by measured porosity,and the correlation reached 0.9835.28-day compressive strength and 28-day flexural strength have decreased as the target pore rate increases.Both the friction coefficient in dry and wet state reach the maximum when the target pore rate is 20%.Efficacy coefficient method is applied for multiindicator comprehensive evaluation,and the comprehensive indexes reach the optimal performance when the target pore rate is 20%.
