摘要
在福建武夷山地区的茶树新病害调查过程中,发现一种可侵染茶树叶片的致病菌,通过形态学、分子鉴定与柯赫氏法则等方法对该致病菌进行鉴定分析.结果鉴定该致病菌为葡萄座腔菌分离株WX3,并经平板对峙实验筛选鉴定出一株拮抗菌为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌分离株FL2可抑制该致病菌.说明福建地区也存在侵染茶树的葡萄座腔菌,研究结果可为葡萄座腔菌侵染茶树的研究与生物防治提供参考.
During the investigation of new diseases of tea plants,a tea plant leaves-infecting fungal pathogen Botryosphaeria Dothidea isolate(named as Botryosphaeria dothidea isolate WX3)was found in Wuyi Mountain Area of Fujian Province by combining morphology,molecular identification and Koch’s Postulates test.Fur⁃thermore,an antagonistic strain was isolated and identified as Bacillus velezensis(named as Bacillus velezensis isolate FL2)which could inhibit B.dothidea isolate WX3 growth by the antagonistic test.This study indicates that there is also a staphylococcal fungus infecting tea trees in Fujian Province and provided a basis for the study and biological control of the tea trees disease caused by B.dothidea.
