摘要
为提升部队装备保障训练效果评估的准确性与可信性,将由主客观赋权法得出的一级指标权向量抽象为多维空间的多个质点,通过质点与重心的距离确定各权向量在指标聚合中的相对权重,将迭代所求多质点重心作为一级指标最理想权向量。该方法综合了主观与客观赋权法各自优点,优化了组合赋权法指标聚合方式,使部队装备保障训练效果评估能兼顾指标的重要性和指标值的差异性。
s the first-level index weight vector obtained by subjective and objective weighting method as multiple particles in multi-dimensional space.The relative weight of each weight vector in index aggregation is determined by the distance between particle and center of gravity.It takes the center of gravity of multiple particles obtained iteratively as the ideal weight vector of the first-order index.This method integrates the advantages of subjective and objective weighting methods,and optimizes the index aggregation method of combined weighting method,so that the evaluation of military equipment support training effect can take into account the importance of indicators and the difference of index values.
