高血压与骨质疏松症药物治疗间相关性的研究进展

Research progress of drug therapy correlation between hypertension and osteoporosis

高血压是现代社会目前普遍的慢性疾病,是心血管疾病独立危险因素,这些患者往往会伴发骨质疏松症。同时,骨质疏松症也已经成为世界上严重公共卫生问题,与骨折和死亡风险相关。这两者同时伴发会出现极高的死亡率和致残率,给社会带来沉重的经济负担。学者们发现高血压与骨质疏松症具有共同的高危发病因素和发病机制,但两者的药物治疗之间的相关性仍存在争议,未能给临床治疗提供确切的参考价值。但我们通过检索综述近年来最新文献,发现两者在药物治疗的关联性方面发现存在一定的联系,如某些抗高血压药物既可以降血压又可以预防骨质流失,而某些骨质疏松症治疗药物又有一定的降血压作用,但两者药物治疗关系仍需进一步研究。在这里,笔者探讨了高血压和骨质疏松症两者药物治疗之间的相关性,并做一综述,给临床治疗提供一定的参考。

Hypertension is a common chronic disease and an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease in modern society.These patients are often accompanied by osteoporosis.At the same time,osteoporosis has become a serious public health problem in the world and is associated with the risk of fracture and death.Meanwhile,The coexistence of these two diseases will lead to extremely high mortality and morbidity rates,which will bring a heavy economic burden to the society.Scholars have found that hypertension and osteoporosis have common pathogeny and pathogenesis,but the correlation between the drug treatment of both is still controversial,which fails to provide certain reference value for clinical treatment.However,we searched and reviewed the latest literature in recent years and found that there is a certain relationship between the two drug treatments.For example,some antihypertensive drugs can both prevent bone loss and lower blood pressure,while some antihypertensive drugs can prevent bone loss and some drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis also have a certain effect of lowering blood pressure,but this relationship still needs further research.Here,the author discusses the correlation between the drug treatment of hypertension and osteoporosis,and provides a certain reference for clinical treatment.
