摘要
中外联合培养本科大学生,是在全球化背景下培养跨文化高素质人才的一种新的办学方式,针对这种办学方式培养的本科学生的评价问题中外双方往往会出现一些分歧。在分析联合培养学生的特点与目前评价体系存在问题的基础上,论证了中外联合培养高校本科生评价体系构建中需要解决的几个关键问题,包括建立客观全面的评价指标体系、构建多方参与的评价主体框架、发展增值性评价方式、动态评价学生综合素质等,以期为培养具有国际化视野和跨文化交流能力的高素质人才工作提供参考。
The joint training of undergraduate students by China and foreign countries is a new way to train cross-cultural high-quality talents under the background of globalization.There are often some differences between China and foreign countries on the evaluation of undergraduate students cultivated by this way.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the joint training students and the existing problems in the current evaluation system,this paper demonstrates several key problems that must be solved in the construction of the evaluation system of the undergraduate students in the joint training universities.They mainly include establishing objective and comprehensive evaluation index system,constructing multi-participation evaluation main body frame,developing value-added evaluation method and dynamic evaluation of students'comprehensive quality.The purpose is to provide reference for training high-quality talents with international vision and cross-cultural communication ability.
