酒店管理与数字化运营专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究——以宿州职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 现代学徒制是培养现代经济社会需求的高素质技能人才的一种重要模式。高校开展酒店管理与数字运营专业现代学徒制人才培养,有利于实现校、企、生三方共赢,促进区域经济发展。通过校企联合开展现代学徒制人才培养的具体实践,总结经验教训,找出存在的问题,提出深化顶层设计、选择知名企业合作、把学生权益放在首位等一系列应对措施,为高校开展校企联合培养人才提供借鉴。 Modern apprenticeship is an important mode of training high-quality skilled personnel in modern economy and society.The training of modern apprenticeship in hotel management and digital operation majors in colleges and universities is conducive to achieving a win-win situation among universities,enterprises and students,and promoting regional economic development.Through the concrete practice of the modern apprenticeship talent training jointly carried out by the university and enterprise,the experience and lessons are summarized,the existing problems are identified,and a series of countermeasures are put forward,such as deepening the top-level design,choosing well-known enterprises to cooperate,putting the rights and interests of students in the first place,so as to provide reference for the university and enterprise joint talent training.
